Consultation Fees
To get detailed advice on your situation, you can book a consultation through our website. We generally conduct consultations face-to-face, but can also do these via phone or skype. The consultation lasts for 45 minutes, during which you will receive:
- Details of the visa options which are most suitable for you
- Information on the criteria for each of these visa types
- Any critical dates which might apply in your case
- Main stages of the application process
- Costs and indicative processing time for the application.
The cost of the consultation is $160. The consultation fee may be credited towards your professional fees with us if you engage VisaEnvoy to assist with your visa application.

As our consultation service is in high demand, we generally do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments. However, if you give us 24 hours’ notice, we are more than happy to credit paid fees towards rescheduling another consultation at a suitable time and date.
We do take exceptional circumstances into consideration should something happen that is outside of your control and will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
